Mrs. Colleen Anne Spivey of Portland, Oregon passed away August 7, 2019. Colleen was born to John and Nell (Hurley) Conley on October 11, 1938 in Portland, Oregon. Collen leaves behind her husband Raymond and many family and friends. Mrs. Spivey will be interred in Alabama at the discretion of her family. Arrangements are under the care of Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services.
