Collin F. Page was born September 30, 2003, in Portland, Oregon to Timothy D’Wayne and Terry Lee (Justian) Page. He is the youngest of three children, taken far too soon in a motorcycle accident through no fault of his own on October 23, 2021. At the young age of 18, he was a son, brother, friend, and most important a beacon of light in the lives of those lucky enough to have known him. Advocating for others, he was truly a one-of-a-kind person far wiser than his physical age reflected.
Collin was happiest outside, whether skateboarding with friends at local skate parks, exploring Mt. Tabor Park with his sister, skiing, mountain biking, hiking on Mt. Hood or in the Columbia River Gorge. Cub Scouts sparked his love for adventure as a child which only grew after travelling to Europe with his grandparents in July 2017. Like any young man he of course loved to play XBOX online with friends. Collin played soccer for several years, and was a natural athlete, studying Muay Thai in his later teens. His proudest accomplishment was his motorcycle. He worked tirelessly to buy his motorcycle – a black and red 2009 Honda CBR 600 RR – and rode every day. Whether to school, work, or out to the coast he honed his skills, even dabbling in some technical riding. He had a strict “no helmet, no ride” motto further proving his unwavering concern for others.
Collin had been a student at David Douglas School District in Portland, Oregon from Kindergarten onward. While not having decided upon a career, he was quite driven and goal-oriented, showing an interest in many things, including wilderness firefighting and studying to be an electrician like his father. He spent everyday living his life to the fullest, constantly pursuing the opportunities his life offered him. Every morning was a chance to start fresh and choose the direction of his day, one of the many lessons he taught those he left behind.
No amount of time will ever fill the void left in the hearts of those who loved him. He is survived by his parents, Tim, and Terry Page; siblings, Joshua Page and Olivia Page; and by his grandparents Marty and Margaret Page, Chet and Diane Justian and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
We know he will be there waiting patiently to take our hand and bring us to everlasting peace with great love when we see him again.
