Consuelo Dora Fernandez, "Cookee" age 80, passed peacefully surrounded by family Saturday, November 22, 2025. Born August 1, 1945, she lived a long beautiful life. She was an active member of the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Elders Program. She enjoyed crafting, fishing and cooking for family and anyone who crossed her threshold.
She is survived by her two daughters, Michelene and Dolena; her grandchildren, Danté (Maycell) and Jade (Henry); great grandchildren, D'Shaune and Mayari; siblings, Richard, Elena, Tony, Cyndi and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She is preceded in death by her sister Dolores. She has made her way up before us to claim her spot at the pinochle table with the rest of our departed loved ones.
