I have wonderful memories of my childhood with Grandma as we baked bread, picked raspberries and grapes from her garden, and listened to her tell stories. Her faith in God was rock solid. I have always known Grandma to be practical, candid, and have a fantastic memory. If you wanted to know the Birthday of any individual, you went to Grandma, she could always recite it immediately from memory. She had always put family first and was the true Matriarch of the family.
