David was born in Portland, OR to Charles and Bernice McKee. He passed away in Hood River, OR at the age of 92. Services will be at Zeller Chapel of Roses, in Portland on Feb. 29, 2016 at 11:30 AM followed by a committal at Willamette National Cemetery.
