Dean Leroy Lacy, age 71, of Gresham, Oregon passed away on Tuesday March 27, 2018. Dean was born June 30, 1946 in Portland, OR to Lowell and Mary Lacy (Clark).
He is survived by his daughter Rachelle Lacy-Powell and his devoted partner Kathy Kloiber.
