June 24, 1924 – March 14, 2022
Surrounded by her three children our beloved Deloah has ended her earthly journey and is finally reunited with her dear husband, Bob, in heaven.
Deloah was a lovely woman who will be missed by all who knew her. She was beautiful inside and out. She was smart and proud to be a pioneering college graduate, and a crack bridge player. She had a flare for the artistic in creating a beautiful home, and in her long time love of Ikebana. She was strong, loving and funny. She was always gracious and kind. Most of all she loved her family – her husband Bob, her children, Molly (Steve), Hugh (Jenny), Brigid (Jeff), grandchildren, great grandchildren and extended family. We do anticipate See’s Candy to report a loss in earnings without her patronage.
The family will celebrate her life with a private Mass in the coming weeks.
In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the Humane Society, OSU Carlson College of Veterinary Medicine or Ikebana International, Portland Chapter.
