Some of our favorite quotes from a good friend and family members:
“Having known Don Nelson makes you a better person.”
“He was a great gift to the sport of fishing, and made many people learn to love it and be good at it. He and Evy raised a family anyone could be proud of. There’s a hole in the world today that he used to fill, and will be missed but remembered fondly by many.”
“I’m so honored that I got to know Don and have him in my life as he truly was one of a kind.”
Please keep ’em coming. We’ll have an open mic at the service and would love to have you share a memory or even a joke.
