Dorothy went home to be with the Lord on July 23, 2012 due to an unexpected stroke. She was born at home to Frederick and Emma Herman. She was a homemaker and lifetime Portland resident. She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years Steve Ramey of Portland, daughters Karen Helmer (Dale) of Oregon City, Sheryl Morgan (Paul) of Beavercreek, grandson Todd Morgan of Boring and many cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Emogene Leckron, brother Frank Herman and grandson Ryan Morgan.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 28, 2012 from 10 - 4 at Lincoln Memorial funeral home, 11801 SE Mt. Scott BLVD. Portland, OR. A memorial Service will be held Monday, July 30, 2012 at 1 PM at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home.
