Doug's smile will always live in my memory. When we worked together at Epicor he would come through the door full of energy, focus and graciousness towards his coworkers. He had a great sense of humor and challenged me to use mine. Even though I haven't seen him for years, his face and voice come right back into my mind as though I saw him not long ago. My deepest sympathy to all who loved him and those who called him a friend.

Doug was a very special person and his passing makes me regret how little I saw of him over the years. The photos and rememberances reinforce what a genuine person he was... always with a smile and a good word. He is a model for us all.

I was saddened and in shock to hear the news of Doug's passing. He made such a positive and edible impression on my life as my manager when I worked with Epicor. Most importantly his influence and guidance as a friend has been with me the most over the years. His compassion, empathy and caring for those in his charge was inspiring. He led by example. Over the years I have been asked who I have admired the most in my working life. Doug has always been the person I have spoken about . It was a priviledge to work with him and most importantly to have him as a friend.

My thoughts and prayers go out to his family during this difficult time.

My wife Nancy and I knew Doug for just a very short time, seeing each other at Sunday church and last seeing him at the May 20, 2012 New Member Seminar. Doug was a very caring, thoughtful person. We were very saddened to learning of his passing. God bless him and his family.
