

His family moved to Oregon and eventually settled in Grants Pass where Dwayne lived for most of his life. He met his loving and devoted wife in the Philippines in 2011 where they lived for several years. He was well-traveled, well educated and well loved. He will be deeply missed by the people whose hearts he touched throughout his life.
He is survived by his wife, two daughters, one son, two grandsons and three brothers.
There will be a Memorial Service for Dwayne on September 5th starting at 2:00pm at Tom Pearce Park in Grants Pass, Oregon.
The Memorial Service will be live streamed.
PLEASE NOTE:
We ask that everyone wear masks and keep a social distance of 6 feet. Please RSVP so we may plan social distance measures in order to keep everyone safe and healthy. If you would rather bring your own chairs than use the bench seating provided, there is space to set them up.
Please wear black, white, or purple. Remember that this will be an outdoor event so make sure that your clothing is comfortable.
