Dylan Jason Fallau passed away January 7, 2020 in Salem Oregon. He was 22 years old. Dylan was born in Dallas, Oregon on January 14, 1997. He spent his early years in Southwest Portland, and later lived in both Salem and Seattle.
Hilarious, warm, fearless and resilient, his smile and his spirit could light up a room. He loved the city, movies, fast cars, and hanging out with his friends. Dylan also loved to travel. His most recent adventures had taken him on a cross country road trip and a visit to Hawaii. One of his most memorable adventures was a trip to New Zealand with his mom where he experienced the thrill of bungee jumping and skydiving for the first time. Dylan knew he was loved unconditionally by so many, through good times and bad. He will be deeply missed.
Dylan is survived by his parents Susan & Jesse Horton of Kirkland Washington and Jason & Stacie Fallau of Salem Oregon. He is also survived by his sister Hali’a and stepsiblings Logan, Kaden and Kindal. Dylan is further survived by his grandparents W. Paul Landry of Oregon and Susan Jacquin of Tennessee, and his large extended family which includes many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his sister Kaliana Fallau.
Services will be held at Skyline Memorial Gardens Funeral Home at 1pm on Sunday January 19th. Flowers and condolences may be offered January 17th through January 19th at 4101 W Skyline Blvd, Portland, OR 97229.
