Tony Kaiel was born on January 25th, 1920. He passed away peacefully on December 9th, 2014. He graduated from Benson High School before serving in World War II. He owned and operated Kaiel’s Market, which served the North Portland community for over 65 years. He was preceded in death by his wife of 40 years, Josephine. He is survived by his three children: Antoniette Waldram, Gary Kaiel, and Theresa Willison, as well as three grandchildren and three great grandchildren. The Rosary will be recited at 10:30 am, December 20th, 2014 at Holy Cross Catholic Church, followed by a funeral mass at 11:00 am. Contributions may be made to St. Judes Childrens Hospital.
