Beloved Daughter, Sister, Aunt & Friend, Ella was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. She shared life, horseback riding, gardening with her mother, and love with family and friends! Forever in our hearts, Ella will be interred together with her mother Ollie Belle Culp (1920-2013) and brother, Milo Owen Culp (1956 - 2014) at Skyline Memorial Gardens in Portland. Sadly her other sister, Valerie Jean Perkins (1940 - 1991) left us too soon as well, and it is with great sorrow that we are separated from them now.
Ella is survived by her nephew Brian, her niece Cheryl and her great nephew and nieces Billy, Brittany and Brianna. Memorial and Committal Service for family and friends of Ollie, Ella and Milo Culp held 11 am, Mon. Sep 21, 2015, at Skyline Memorial Gardens, 4101 NW Skyline Blvd., Portland, Oregon.
