Eric James Brosterhous passed away peacefully at the age of 32 on May 29th, 2018 surrounded by his family. He fought a courageous battle against cancer starting in 2006 but he never made that a focus of what defined him. He was born on July 24th, 1985 in Klamath Falls, Oregon to Rick and Judy Brosterhous.
Eric was raised in Klamath where he attended Mazama High School. He excelled as a 3 sport athlete in football, basketball and baseball winning him the Mike Keck Memorial Scholarship. An avid Duck Fan, Eric attended the University of Oregon as a scholar football athlete and graduated in 2007. While in college, Eric met Michelle Timpani who became his wife in August of 2011. They fought his cancer battle together, along with his family and friends, always staying positive and lived life to the fullest hand in hand.
A funeral service will be held at St Paul’s Catholic Church, 1201 Satre St, Eugene, OR on June 22nd at 11:00am followed by a reception in the Club Room at Autzen Stadium.
