Erica Trojel Waite

Erica dedicated her life to her family, friends, and community.

She was the proud mother of two children, Mason and Sydney, who were the greatest joy of her life. Her deep love for her children and her role as their mother were central to who she was. Erica was previously married to Aaron Waite, with whom she shared 25 years of marriage.

She is survived by her children, Mason and Sydney; her mother, Carol Trojel; her sisters, Kristen Trojel and Carey Lisowski, along with Carey's extended family; and her only first cousin, Deanne Edwards...She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Nicolai Trojel.

Erica retired after 22 years of dedicated service as a ComCare Representative with Clark Public Utilities District. Known for her warmth, professionalism, and compassion, she touched the lives of countless customers and colleagues throughout her career.

Beyond her work, Erica was deeply loved and admired by a wide circle of friends, many of whom she had known since grade school. She will be remembered for her kind heart, her infectious laugh, and her ability to make everyone around her feel valued and loved.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Vancouver Church. All who knew and loved Erica are invited to attend.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made in Erica’s memory to Operation Warm Heart, a cause of which she was very passionate.
