Esther was born February 8, 1927 in Garden City, South Dakota to Ronald and Gertie (Peters) Miller. She was married to George Alfred Brown until his passing in 2010.
A funeral service for Esther will be held Friday, January 5, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home, 11801 SE Mt Scott Blvd., Portland, Oregon. Following the funeral service will be a committal service at 11:00 AM in Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery.
