She was a graduate of Emanuel Nursing School in 1946. Pepper married Robert “Bob” Pollock, on August 6, 1949 in Vancouver, WA. They raised three boys with patience, discipline and love. One of their highlights was going on family trips across the United States and Canada. Pepper was a live wire; you couldn't’t keep her down. She loved her garden, she loved traveling, she loved her family and friends and her faith. She will be dearly missed.
Pepper is survived by her sons Doug (Linda) and Phil (Julie); and her brother, Henry “Hank” Pepper (Lenore). She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, and son Jeff. Pepper will be buried at Willamette National Cemetery with a memorial service at 1:30pm on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at First Presbyterian Church where she was a member for 65 years.
