Frances was born in Savannah, Missouri, to parents Franz Rudolf and Elise (Weidmer) Haenni. She is preceded in death by her husband Donald Wilcox. During WWII, they moved from Missouri to work in the Shipyards in Portland, Oregon. She was a long time active member of Rose City Park Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law John and Martha Wilcox of Boring and her daughter Vonne Wilcox of Klamath Falls, Oregon. Memorial contributions may be made to Providence Hospice. Frances will be privately laid to eternal rest in Skyline Memorial Gardens in Portland, Oregon. A celebration of her life will be held at a later time.
