Freddie was born in the Philippines on April 25, 1937 to Jacinto and Angela Salazar, who precede her in death. She is survived by her loving husband, Nemencio Piol, and her 4 children, 13 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
Freddie will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her.
A memorial service for Freddie will be held on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Finley Sunset Hills Mortuary, 6801 SW Sunset Hwy, Portland, OR 97225. A reception will immediately follow.
