Gay L. Foster was born on February 17th, 1951 to Dorothy and Robert Carman in Aberdeen, Washington. She Graduated from John Marshall High School in 1969. Later she went on to meet and marry Malcolm Foster and have two beautiful children, named Christopher and Heather Foster. Gay passed away peacefully on October 22nd, 2012 in Portland, Oregon.
Gay was preceded in death by her father, Robert Carman. She is survived by her husband Malcolm Foster in Portland, Oregon; her son Christopher (Ty) in Gladstone, Oregon; her daughter Heather in Portland, Oregon; her mom, Dorothy Carman; her brother David Carman in Eagle Creek, Oregon; her brother Ken Carman in Wickenburg, Arizona; her brother Robbie Carman in Flathead Lake, Montana; her sister Jodi Gornick in Milwaukie, Oregon; her brother KC Carman in Portland, Oregon; and her brother Randy Carman in Sedro-Wooley, Washington.
