He grew up in Eugene with his siblings.
Harold was an active member of the United Pentecostal Church, through which he met Judy Ann Clark. The couple later married in St. Louis, Missouri.
Harold worked as a custodian for the Reynolds School District for close to 30 years.
Harold had many hobbies. He enjoyed playing Bingo with his sisters, and, despite not having a very green thumb, he loved gardening, and working in the yard.
Harold passed away at his home on September 18, 2023. He will be interred in Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery, alongside his beloved wife, Judy.
He is survived by his sisters, Lonna Crawford, Mary White, Barbara Payne, and Roberta Hembree; and brother, Bob Holstrom.
Harold’s family remember him as a warm-hearted, caring, and spiritual man. He was a good person, and would have done anything to help anybody.
