Hal passed away peacefully at home with family at his side. He leaves his Wife of 58 years, Shirley, and beloved daughters, Lynn (Mike) and Lisa (Robert) as well as special grandchildren Rachael (Patrick), Chelsea, Nicole and Jason. He was born 91 Yrs. ago in Minnesota, but spent his early years in Calif. and adulthood in the Pac NW. He and Shirley were inseparable and they were a very close family enjoying time together. He was delighted to be a father and then a grandfather passing along words of wisdom to his children such as “don’t say anything about anyone unless you can say something good”. His word was as good as gold and he was a true gentleman. His departure leaves an empty spot in our hearts impossible to fill. Donations may be made to Prov. St.V. Hospice Foundation. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, November 27th at 3 p.m. at Laurel Parc at Bethany, 15850 NW Central Drive.
