Mrs. Thanh was born in Can Tho, Vietnam to Hoa Phong Thanh and Yen Thi Nguyen. She attained her Bachelor's Degree and worked as a middle school teacher for many years.
A public viewing will take place on Friday, September 15, 2023 from 4 to 8 pm at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home, 11801 SE Mt. Scott Blvd. in Portland. On Saturday, September 16, the funeral service will take place at 11 am in the Lincoln Memorial chapel, with a committal service to follow in Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery.
