Hui Chen was born on Oct. 1st, 1917 to parents Kom and Por Chen in China. She passed away peacefully on February 8th, 2014. There will be a service in her honor on Monday, February 17th, 2014 at 10:30am at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home, 11801 SE Mt. Scott Blvd., Portland OR 97086.
