Jim had a love of God and family.
He is predeceased by his parents; a brother, Charles Mills; and a sister, Margaret Rueck.
Jim will be missed by his brother, Ernest and numerous nieces and nephews.
Jim passed away peacefully of natural causes following a short illness.
He will be laid to rest at Lincoln Memorial Park.
