

Randy passed away on September 6, 2015, at his home in Portland, OR surrounded by his family. Randy was born January 14, 1947 in Yakima, WA to Roland and June Robillard.
Randy was raised in Yakima and graduated from East Valley High School in 1965. He went to Yakima Valley Community College and later Montana State University, where he graduated with a degree in Architecture. After college, he moved to Denver, where he and a college friend started their own architectural firm. At his ten year high school reunion, Randy reconnected with former classmate Marilynn Fortier, and in 1977 they moved to Portland and married. A son Ryan was born in October 1980 and a daughter Renée was born in August 1982. Randy was devoted to his family, and had a strong influence in their lives. In the late 1980’s, Randy started his own architectural and construction company called Arris.
Randy was an accomplished artist and sculptor, enjoyed skiing with his son, and loved drag racing and restoring old cars. Two highlights of his life were rebuilding a 1933 Chev Pick-up Street Rod after retirement and taking his children to Italy in 2013.
Randy was preceded in death by his parents Roland and June Robillard and niece Tami Robillard. Randy is survived by his wife Marilynn and his children Ryan and Renée, of Portland, OR, a brother Gary (Darla) Robillard of Yakima, WA, and numerous extended family members.
