I knew Janine through her sister Lisa and nephew Sterling.Janine was an absolute Joy to be around, she filled the room with cheer every time we got together.I first met her in 2014 at Sterling's graduation ceremony and then back to the house for his party. This meant a lot to her nephew and sister.Janine visited over the past few years when she we able to get away .She showed up in Sunriver / Bend for a weekend getaway with us. This was a good time for all of us to visit more than just a few hours. She filled the room with Cheer always and never showed up empty handed. There isn't a heart bigger than Janines! She will be missed very much by all her family and friends and was Loved beyond measure.May God Bless You , ❤Janine.❤

Janime was my Aunt. I will never forget. how special she always made me feel. She always went above and beyond any special day whether it was my Birthday, graduation , Christmas,Easter etc... When we talked on the phone she made me smile always as I heard her enthusiasm in her voice always....more than likely for me. My aunt was such a good person to everyone and especially to her family. I will miss her so much always, it's hard to believe this tragedy has happened. I Love you Aunt Janine and forever.Rest in peace Auntie!❤

I never knew this women that sooo many people cherished and loved so much. I do know her sister “Lisa” though. And the kindness and love that runs through her heart. “They seem to have this in common”. I was very saddened to hear of this tragic happening. I can’t imagine how loosing your sister that was your best friend would feel. My heart goes out to her family. Please hold together and always keep in touch,,never let there be distance between you. Always let them know you are thinking of them. And how much they are loved. “You don’t get this time back once our loved ones go missing.” *To her son,,may your heart find peace and many good memories”

I knew Janine through her sister Lisa Foley. I haven’t had the privilege of being around Janine that often because of the distance but the times that I would get together with her and Lisa, it always was a lot of fun. I remember getting together with Lisa and and Janine during a time that was very stressful for me as I was going through a divorce after 28 years of marriage and also close to my birthday. We had a great lunch, some girl talk then went to the Mall to look around. I remember smelling the different perfumes in Nordstrom and upon leaving Janine hands me a bag that had one of the perfumes I was admiring.. she says “this is for you, Happy Birthday” it was a large bottle of very nice perfume. I remember thinking..” how many people buy you that expensive of a gift that you’re not real close friends with.. “but that was her” Lisa said.. she has always been a GIVER....I will also remember that kind gesture from such a good heart! Janine you were so loved by so many people! More than you ever knew... I love you. Rest In Peace sweet Girl.❤️😇

Janine aways looked at the bright side of every situation. She was supportive, nurturing, funny and warmed a room with her bright, big smile. I could always depend on Janine for inspiration and good advise when I needed it. She will be missed.
