For those of us that knew Dennis and Jeannine, we were fortunate to witness a once in a lifetime love.  Jeannine was a beautiful woman, inside and out.  Her home was always welcoming and she kept it spotless with her boundless energy.  Jeannie was a great mother and grandmother: smart, creative and fun--I always learned something from her. Jeannine was also an "Angel, too good for this earth."  We will all miss her very much. Dennis, you were a devoted husband and always put your "girls" first. You are going to have some wonderful "visitation dreams...

I know she was really looking forward to spending  her time with you doing things you both enjoyed since she retired.  She was much too young to leave you so soon. I will truly miss Jeannine here in Palm  Desert, CA. She always had a smile and was the greatest neighbor. I am so, so sad and so sorry for your loss, Dennis. Even though we never met you, I feel like I know you through Dennis.  During the USS Hollandia Reunions we coordinated together, Dennis would affectionately talk about his wife.  May God give Dennis the peace in his heart during this most tragic time of his life.
