August 9, 1957 - October 7, 2023
Jerry Lynn Roth was born to parents Virginia and Tracy Roth, Sr on August 9, 1957 in Oregon City, Oregon and this is also where he was raised. He attended school in the Canby School District and later joined the Coast Guard until his Honorable Discharge.
Jerry enjoyed a simple life. He loved spending time with family and friends. He also enjoyed spending time at Wildcat Auto Wrecking building MOPARS, riding his Harley, building things, drawing and his beloved dog, Grrrl.
Jerry will not only be remembered as a family man and a man whom cared about his community, he will also be remembered for his willingness to lend a hand, for being the best dad and the best grandad ever, and just being a nice guy. And there was always a Dad joke. "Where do bad unicorns go? Prism." He will also be remembered for his constant reminder for himself, family and friends, "JUST CHILL".
Jerry leaves behind stepdaughter, Alexis Wymer and her partner, Raymond Bush; step-grandson, Silas Bush; brothers, Tracy Roth, Jr. and his wife Caroline, Terry Roth and his wife Dona, and Larry Roth; sister, Susan Hair and Carol Girrens and her husband Ed. He also leaves many friends who were all considered family, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to MADD, BACA International (Bikers against Child Abuse) or a favorite charity.
A memorial service will be held at a later date, after the first of the year.
