His parents preceded him in death as did his siblings: Otha, Thurman, Artemas Leon, Mitchell, Dorothy, Lester, Tempie, and two infants: Alvin and Alice. Surviving are his wife of sixty years, Joyce; children: Deborah (Chris), Susan, and Michael (Melanie); grandchildren: Bryce, Amanda and Madeline; great-grandchildren: O’Cyrus and Evelyn; his sister, Betty and many nieces and nephews.
A committal service with military honors will be held at 1:30pm on Wednesday, September 29th at Willamette National Cemetery. A viewing will be held just prior from 11am-1pm at Lincoln Memorial Park & Funeral Home.
