John Clifford Rufer, age 89, of Milwaukie, Oregon passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2022. John was born September 8, 1932, in Portland, Oregon to Ann (Lavender) and Jacob Rufer.
John will be laid to rest at Willamette National Cemetery.
