Born January 22, 1923 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Moved to Portland in fall of 1924. Graduated from Benson High School and Multnomah School of the Bible. During WWII served three years in the Pacific Theatre with Aviation Engineers Battalion. After WWII worked at Sears for 30 years. Was a member of the Central Bible Church, a lay pastor wih American Missionary Fellowship at Carver Community Church, then became a member of Powellhurst Baptist Church. Most important factor of his life was God's gift to him in Virginia E. Green in marriage on May 19, 1950. Also blessed with children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
