

Scott attended Benson Polytechnic High School and graduated in 1983. Throughout Scott's career he remodeled homes, did some rock fall work, and worked as an installer for Art Installation for 19 years. Scott had a passions for trains, woodworking, wood burning and helping others. He was a long time fan of NASCAR and any car racing. He enjoyed cheering on the Chicago Cubs and the Chicago Bears. Scott met the love of his life, Tanya Cochran in Portland. Scott and Tanya shared a love for the beach and later married on August 20th, 2011 in Lincoln City at Roads End on the beach.
Scott is survived by his wife, Tanya Cochran; son, Nathan Wagner; mother, Judy McDuffy; Dad, Wayne Fanslow (Grace); sisters, Michelle Rainey and Denise (Brad) Lewis; nephews, Cameron and Tyler; mother & father-in-law, Ken and Charlene Cochran; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Scott is preceded in death by his father Ronald Rainey.
