Jonathan was born in Oregon City on November 29, 1978. Jon graduated from Canby High School and earned an Associates of Arts in Automotive Technology from Mt. Hood Community College.
He was married to the love of his life Leticia Ross on May 18th, 2017.
Jon worked as a Chrysler mechanic, but then pursued a career path with Bodycote, where he remained for 21 years. Jon had a passion for anything that involved the outdoors, especially riding his quad and days out on the river boating.
He is survived by his parents Larry and Joan Ross, his brothers Jason and Patrick, his daughters Breanna and Brittany, and by grandchildren Jameson and Ryleigh. He will also be missed by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, and cousins.
Jon also had a blended family which consisted of stepchildren Jordan and Tayler and grandbabies.
Funeral arrangements are in the care of Lincoln Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 11801 SE Mt. Scott Blvd in Portland. The following services will take place:
Jonathan’s viewing will be held 10:00 am through 9:00 pm on Thursday, January 20th, 2022 for anyone that needs to see him for closure.
Jonathan’s Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, January 27th, 2022 at the same location. All will be welcome to gather with the family at a reception in the Lincoln Memorial Reception Room immediately following the Celebration of Life.
