Joseph Steven Cox passed away on December 22, 2013 in Portland, Oregon. Joseph was born to Joseph and Doris Cox on November 17, 1952 in Oregon City, Oregon. Joseph moved to Portland at a young age and graduated from Gresham High School in 1967. After school, Joseph enlisted in the US Army and served in the 1st Calvary Division until he was honorably discharged.
Joseph met his wife on a blind date on October 30, 1976 and a year later they were married. He is survived by his wife, Susan Cox of Portland, Oregon, son Joseph Robert Cox of Sacramento, California, Mother Doris Cox of Newberg, Oregon, sister Angela (Larry) Anderson of Newberg, Oregon and granddaughter Juliana Cox.
