Katherine Hoffman, 99, of The Dalles, Oregon, passed away February 25, 2012. She was born on January 20, 1913 in Winnipeg, Canada to the late George and Katherina Dietl. She moved to Portland, Oregon where owned and operated a beauty shop. She also spent many years living in California, which she loved immensely, especially all the welcome sunshine.
Katherine is survived by her two daughters Diane Hoffman and Janice Hoffman; grandson Richard McHugh; granddaughter Shannon Red Cloud; and her great grandson Louis Red Cloud. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Henry Hoffman.
