Kenneth Wesley Leavell

Kenneth W Leavell passed away Monday, February 28, 2022, at the age of 70. He was born May 14, 1951 in Santa Maria, California, and spent his formative years in Flippin, Arkansas and Grass Valley, California. After graduating high school he joined the Army and served 2 tours in Vietnam. While there he received several medals, including the Bronze Star with Valor for his courageous efforts in combat.

After serving his country Ken enjoyed working in the logging/timber industry. He married his wife Patty in Lakeland, Florida. And later moved to Castle Rock, Washington, where he spent his days enjoying fishing, woodworking, target shooting, watching TV, reading, playing with his grandson and his dog Jax.

Ken was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Frances Leavell, sister Judith Leavell and daughter Melody Leavell. He is survived by his beloved wife, Patricia, daughter Katrina Sarro (Joe), step-daughters Shannon McDonald (Greg) and Cheryl Daniels (Austin). Sister Gayle Ely (Frank) and brother Stanley Leavell (Judy). 12 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
