Kevin Warren Wikoff was born March 16, 1977 in Portland, Oregon to David Warren and Kaethe Thieme Wikoff. Kevin grew up in Portland and graduated from David Douglas High School. He graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. He is survived by his parents, David and Kaethe Wikoff and a brother.
