Lori was born into a family of six kids in the inner city of Portland. She graduated from Cleveland High School and pursued further education at Western Business School. After completing her studies, she worked at an insurance company before joining her family's business, Biosafe. Later, she embarked on a long career in a managerial role at Walmart.
Shortly after high school, Lori became a mother to her first daughter, Tara. She later met Leonard, and together they had two children, Jon and Ron. Although Lori and Leonard eventually separated, they remained on friendly terms. Lori was a devoted grandmother to her grandchildren: Marques, Dejah, Dixon, Kai, JJ, Dominick, Alyssa, Jordyn and great grandmother to Shilo.
An introvert by nature, Lori was deeply family-centered and tough as nails. She had a passion for sports and was an avid supporter of all the local Portland, Oregon teams. Lori was kind, beautiful, thoughtful, and completely selfless. Her great sense of humor and hard-working nature were admired by many.
A celebration of Lori's life will be held at Ross Hollywood Chapel, located at 4733 NE Thompson St., Portland, Oregon, 97213. The service is scheduled for December 12, 2025, at 12:00 pm. Lori's family requests that guests dress comfortably, preferably in sports gear, as Lori was known for her dislike of dressing up and would not want anyone to do so on her account.
