Lyle was born in Portland, Oregon to Cecil Dugger and Lillian Eddy. Lyle and his twin were quite the surprise. He joined his brother Cecil and sister Orvetta.
He graduated from Jefferson and attended Portland State University. He was very active in bowling and softball and loved to fish.
He married Patricia Penson in 1961. He worked for the City of Portland and owned Dugger’s Tax Service. Over 20 years in the National Guard and retired with the rank of E8 Master Sergeant.
He is survived by daughter Diane Holstrom, grandsons Jason and Justin Phillips and Victor Rossi. Great grandson Christian Phillips and great great grandson Harvey. Nephews Tom and Lynne Foley and Andrew and David Dugger.
Lyle and his many stories will be greatly missed.
