Matthew passed away at the age of 48. He is survived by his father, Donald Oren Swarts and his wife and stepmother to Matthew, Eunice Swarts; his mother, Martha Cox; sister, Angela (Aaron) Christensen; brothers, Sean (Erin) Means and Anthony Means; aunt and uncle, Patricia and William Thierman and family; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and close family friends. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
