

Michael John DeCillo, affectionately known to his family and friends as “Mickey,” passed away on September 17, 2026, at the age of 86. He was born on December 7, 1939.
Mickey is survived by his longtime partner, Sharon; his son, Joe DeCillo; his daughter, Debra DeCillo; and his sister, Beth.
He leaves behind eight grandchildren: Justin, Lacey, Cooper, Shane, Clayton, Pearce, Jill, and Anthony; two great-grandchildren, Nathan and Jonathan; and his great-great-grandchild, Azura.
Mickey was also a beloved uncle to his niece, Andrea, and his nephews, Tony, Rick, and Rob.
He was a cherished part of Sharon’s family as well, and is survived by Sharon’s daughter, Yvette; her granddaughter, Paris; and her great-great-granddaughter, Natalie.
Mickey was a hardworking man who followed in his father’s footsteps and spent his working life as a boilermaker. He took pride in his work and in providing for his family.
He proudly served ten years in the National Guard, where he served as an artillery sergeant.
Outside of work and military service, Mickey loved the outdoors and the freedom of the open road. He enjoyed motorcycle riding, fishing, hunting, camping, and attending motorcycle races. These passions brought him great joy and created many memories that his family will carry with them.
Mickey lived a full life filled with hard work, family, adventure, and the things he loved. He will be deeply missed by his family, Sharon and her family, and all of his friends and loved ones.
His memory will live on through the many lives he touched and through the family he leaves behind.
A graveside funeral service will take place at 11:00 am on Friday, October 9, 2026 at Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery. Those attending are requested to arrive no later than 10:45 am in order to be led into the cemetery in a vehicle procession.
Following the service, the family will gather at the Wichita Town Pub, 6106 SE King Road in Milwaukie to share stories and remember Mickey in a relaxed setting. All are welcome to join them.
