Michael John Harris, age 77, of Portland, Oregon passed away on Monday, December 5, 2022, surrounded by family. Michael was born in Salem, Oregon to Maxine (Stoops), and Milton Harris on January 7, 1945.
Michael is survived by wife, Billie C. Smoak-Harris; son, Scott Harris and his wife, Shannon; step-daughters, Dayna and Sherry; and many more family, and friends.
