Michael Allen Hayes

Michael Allen Hayes was born on June 23, 1945, in Auburn, Washington to parents Chester and Esther Bell (Poole) Hayes.

He exchanged wedding vows with Judy on February 15, 1969, in Stevenson, Washington.

Mike worked for Columbia Steel Casting. He retired March 1, 2010 after a career that spanned more than 30 years.

Mike loved riding motorcycles, camping, fishing, motorhoming and traveling with Judy. He also loved visits to the beach.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Judy; daughter Sherri; grandsons Spencer and Shelby; sisters Sharon (husband

John), Kathy (Husband Kevin); son John; and a host of many nieces, nephews, and friends.

He will be greatly missed.

A memorial gathering and celebration of life will take place in Skyline Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, April 2, 2011, at 1pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Michael A. Hayes memorial fund.
