Monica Lan Pham peacefully passed away on March 3, 2013 at the age of 83. She was born in Thanh Hoa, Vietnam on February 4, 1930 to parents Thanh Dan Pham and Loan Thi Vu. She grew up in Vietnam and married Paul T. Vu. In 1975 the family moved to the United States and settled in the Pacific Northwest. Monica was active in the Our Lady of La Vang parish in Portland, Oregon. She was dedicated to her family and greatly enjoyed her time with her grand children and great grandchildren. She was caring and gentle person. She loved the holidays, cooking and gardening. She was an avid Portland Trailblazers fan and watched them whenever she could. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and two children. She is survived by 6 children, 17 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
