Nellie L. Greybill

Nellie Louise Greybill age 93, Passed away on June 26, 2018 surrounded by her family. She was born to Elliott LeRoy Foster & Bertha Irene (Jackson) Foster on February 11, 1925 in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Nellie went on to graduate from Joplin High School in 1943.

Nellie married the love of her life Fred S. Greybill Jr. on July 2, 1949. Nellie went on into the work force as a riveter and retail associate. Her greatest award was receiving manager of the year at Lipman’s. She was a long standing member of the Elks club. Nellie enjoyed Bingo, Rummy, and Jigsaw Puzzles. Her greatest accomplishment was her family. She was a mother of 5, Grandmother of 6, and a great grandmother to 5.

Nellie is survived by: Sons Stephen Greybill of Troutdale, Doug (Karen)Greybill of Spokane, Phillip (Terri) of Cameron Park, Daughter Phyllis Greybill of Milwaukie, and Barb (Andy) Anderson of Happy Valley.

Grandchildren Tara and Adam (Jessica) Anderson, Mike (Jennifer) Greybill, and Daniel, Erik and Alex Greybill. Sisters Miriam Cox of California , and Shirley Peavler of Arizona.

Predeceased by brothers Richard & Sherman Foster and Sister Kathryn McIntyre.

A Memorial service will be held at Advantage Gateway Funeral Home on Monday July 9, 2018 at 11am.
