Nicole Rose Reynolds

Nicole pursued her education at Naomi Rooney Kinder College, Hollyrood Grade School, Laurelhurst Grade School, Fernwood Middle School, and Grant High School before attending Beau Monde Academy of Barbering and Cosmetology. During her time at Fernwood Middle School, she was honored with the Daniel J. McDevitt School Spirit Award, a recognition later received by her brother Seth Reynolds just the following year.

For two decades, Nicole dedicated herself to her career as a fully licensed cosmetologist specializing in cuts and color. She worked at Visual FX Salon, Davis Street Salon, and Maven Beauty in Portland, where she was beloved by clients who appreciated not only her talent but also the warmth and kindness she brought to every appointment.

Nicole had a passion for travel and enjoyed long walks and working out at the gym. A devoted music lover, she played the piano and attended numerous concerts. Some of her happiest moments were spent going out with her sister Teresa and friends to dance and listen to her brother Seth, known as DJ Queasy, spin her faves.

She is survived by her parents, Gordon and Laurie Reynolds; siblings, Teresa Barker and Seth Reynolds; nieces Dove & Ella; grandmother Donna Reynolds; grandfathers Jeri Lofquist and David Hupp; great-aunt Maryann Dickey; her grandmothers cousins Sr. Janet & Sue Slingerland; great-aunts & uncles Gail & Susi Simpson, Bob & Sharon Beveridge, Howard & Janet Rooklidige; aunts & uncles Mark & Teri O'Neill, Dave & Ghania O'Neill, Cary & Tracey Pangares, Jacob Reynolds, Scott Beal, Elizabeth de Alicante- Beull, Eric & Lisa Lofquist, Sarah Caspel, James & Debbi Reynolds, Kevin & Shannon Strobel, Kelly & Chris Lofquist as well as 35 cousins.

Nicole also shared a deep love for her two cherished cats, Cookie and Cardi.

Nicole’s presence brought joy to those around her, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her. May her memory be a source of comfort to those who loved her.
