Norma Thorgramson

March 22, 1925 - October 22, 2011

Norma N. Thorgramson was born at the farm in Thompson, North Dakota, to Parents Erwin and Amanda Nienas on March 22, 1925 and passed away on October 22, 2011 in Forest Grove, Oregon at the age of 86 years.

Norma married Lyle Thorgramson on June 20, 1946 and they had two Sons, John and Jay Thorgramson. Norma was a Homemaker and lived in the Parkrose Neighborhood of Portland for many years.

Norma is survived by her Husband of 65 years; Lyle Thorgramson, Son; John Thorgramson and his Wife Donna, Granddaughters; Amanda Nielson and her Husband Paul, April Thorgramson, Sidney McReynolds and her Husband Steve, Grandson; Brad Thorgramson, Great Granddaughter; Ella Nielson, Great Grandson; Collin Nielson, Sisters; Joanne Gay and Dawn McNeeley.

Norma was preceded in death by her Son; Jay Thorgramson in 1990, and Sisters; Eunice Hoff and Wanda Gaulke.

A Memorial Service will be held at Parkrose United Methodist Church on Saturday, November 5, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the Thorgramson Family requests that donations be made to the Parkrose United Methodist Church Choir.
