A funeral will be held at St. Barnabas Episcopal Church in Portland, Oregon on Sunday, April 7, 2019 at 2 p.m. A reception will follow at Oswego Lake Country Club, Lake Oswego, Oregon.
Burial will be at Lincoln Memorial Park.
Norm was born on July 20, 1926, in Portland, Oregon. He attended Lincoln High School, served in the US Navy during World War II, and graduated from Lewis & Clark College. He married Maxine Ann Boone, and they had 3 sons, John Scott, Steven Stewart, and Mark Thurston. There are 7 grandchildren: Ben Cramer, Nate Cramer, Heidi Lang, Molly Healey, Nick Cramer, Kyle Cramer, and Kevin Cramer, plus 3 great grandsons, River Cramer, and Owen and Luke Healey. Norm was an avid golfer, a member for over 60 years at Oswego Lake Country Club and held numerous offices in different Oregon golf associations. Norm worked for Bestform Foundations, Inc. for over 40 years.
Norm is preceded in death by his wife, Maxine Ann and son, Steven.
